Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years of experience directly related to job functions or equivalent vocational/technical training or college coursework
  • must not be a current UNF student
  • availability to work Monday through Friday from 4 PM to midnight including university holidays
  • ability to undergo background check
  • ability to undergo credit check if required
  • compliance with Title IX reporting obligations

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to students and/or parents
  • answer telephones and respond to general inquiries in the housing email inbox for multiple welcome desk locations
  • perform accurate data entry
  • maintain confidential student files
  • assist with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out, and orientations
  • work through holidays when the university is closed
  • adhere to Title IX responsibilities by reporting allegations of sexual misconduct
