Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting preferred

Job Duties
- Answer internal and external phone calls
- make outbound phone calls to financial professionals
- review, process and follow up on brokerage account requests including IRA/RMD distributions, journals between brokerage accounts, ACH/EFT, federal fund wires, research, and check deposit adjustments
- act as subject matter expert for brokerage operations responsibilities
- serve as backup by cross-training on all department functions
- interact with clearing firms and financial professionals, providing timely updates and status
- create strong working relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and financial professionals
- stay current on industry and business process changes
- perform other duties as assigned
