As an industry leader, USS offers extensive expertise combined with excellence in process management. The company focuses on delivering exceptional service while upholding corporate responsibility through solid, best-practice programs. These pillars not only form the foundation of USS's value proposition but also distinguish the company in a competitive market.
USS's operations are sustained by a collaborative and diverse team comprising field technicians, customer care representatives, sales professionals, and subject matter experts. Each team member is integral to maintaining a seamless and reliable customer experience. The company's culture emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and pursuit of excellence in every facet of its business, fostering an environment where employees thrive and contribute significantly to organizational goals.
The role of Operations Coordinator at United Site Services plays a crucial part in ensuring successful daily transportation activities. This position is responsible for the coordination and communication necessary to meet service delivery targets reliably and on schedule. The Operations Coordinator liaises with drivers, customers, and internal departments such as customer service to manage dispatch operations effectively. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls from both employees and customers, routing drivers with up-to-date information including schedules and route changes, and addressing any issues such as locked gates, missed deliveries, or emergencies.
This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of reviewing driver manifests, confirming that service notes are accurately recorded, and conducting efficient post-route checks. The Operations Coordinator must keep the Operations Manager informed about ongoing issues and solutions, ensuring the team is aligned and customer satisfaction remains high. Additionally, the role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks that support the operational flow, requiring exemplary organizational and communication skills.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.41 to $23.50, with the exact rate dependent on geographic location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. USS ensures fair pay practices consistent with equal employment opportunity principles across all locations. Full-time employees averaging 30 hours or more per week enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which underscores the company's commitment to employee well-being and professional growth.
United Site Services also enforces a commitment to equal opportunity employment, providing a supportive work environment free from discrimination based on legally protected characteristics. Certain roles within USS may require secure site access or domestic air travel, necessitating appropriate identification in compliance with federal and state regulations, which does not impose additional employment verification beyond standard legal requirements. Joining USS not only offers a meaningful career opportunity surrounded by dedicated colleagues but also the chance to contribute to a leading company recognized for industry excellence and service integrity.
