The role available is for a team member in an industrial laundry facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the facility and involves safely and efficiently handling merchandise as it moves into and out of the laundry area. This is a physically active role that demands attention to safety protocols and a keen eye for detail in managing equipment and inventory. The individual will be responsible for checking machine safety devices, properly loading and unloading washers and dryers, verifying batch tickets to avoid errors, and ensuring the products meet specified cleanliness and moisture standards. Additionally, the role requires operators to monitor equipment function, report any issues, maintain the cleanliness of the work environment, and assist with other related duties as assigned.

This position is based on a shift schedule that may include weekends and requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as maneuvering slings or carriers weighing up to 220 pounds and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess good communication skills along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Working in this role entails exposure to a warehouse setting with varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, as well as noise and dust.
