Job Description
Redimix Companies, Inc., a valued member of the CRH family, stands as one of New England's leading concrete suppliers. Operating within the dynamic construction materials industry, Redimix prides itself on delivering top-quality ready-mix concrete products and exceptional service to its customers. As part of CRH, a major vertically integrated supplier in North America, Redimix benefits from the backing of a multinational corporation with extensive resources and a commitment to innovation and sustainability. The company employs over 24,100 team members across 1,300 operating locations, providing a stable and supportive environment for professional growth.
This role centers on the position of Operator - Mixer Driver, an essential part of Redimix's logistics and delivery operations. The position is a full-time, year-round opportunity based in Bow, New Hampshire, and requires a valid CDL-B license. In this role, operators drive company-owned mixer trucks, delivering high-quality concrete materials to construction job sites across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Operators will use modern technology, including a mobile app designed to streamline communication and simplify job tasks, enhancing efficiency and safety. The company boasts relatively new equipment, with an average truck age of 9.5 years, ensuring reliability and a more comfortable driving experience.
As a Mixer Driver, your core responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete products, maintaining the company's long-standing reputation for quality and service. In addition to driving duties, operators are expected to engage with the site teams, handle materials with care, and adhere to strict safety and procedural guidelines. Training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary, making this position ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the transportation and construction materials sector.
Redimix Companies values its employees, offering competitive pay starting at $29.50 per hour, with potential for annual increases. Employees enjoy consistent weekly home time, enabling a good work-life balance. The company encourages employee referrals with a $1,000 unlimited bonus program. Benefits are comprehensive and include company-paid healthcare covering 80% of costs, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, short and long-term disability insurance, boot and eyeglass reimbursement, a 401K plan featuring a 5% company match, and profit-sharing opportunities.
The parent company, CRH, supports career development through internal promotion possibilities, health and wellness programs, and an inclusive work culture. This position offers the opportunity to work within a large international organization while enjoying the culture and benefits of a smaller company environment. Redimix Companies, Inc. and CRH are committed to equal opportunity employment, promoting diversity and inclusivity across their workforce. The company invites individuals who are motivated to pursue a steady career with ample support and growth potential to apply for this role.
