Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years machine operator experience
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctual and reliable in work attendance
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to organize and communicate to all levels of personnel
- Flexible and able to manage others

Job Duties
- Prepare casting materials and set up workstations
- Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing high quality products in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner
- Perform tasks to maintain smooth production flow
- Confirm compliance with safety practices and identify potential hazards
- Assist lead as needed
- Comply with GMP, safety, and food safety standards at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
