The role of Operator 3, Muffins at Aspire Bakeries’ Ontario, CA facility is a critical position focused on ensuring the precise production of muffin products. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and controlling the Divider/V-Mag equipment to guarantee the muffins are formed accurately, meet stringent quality specifications, and maintain a smooth flow through the production process. The Operator 3 is also responsible for adhering to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, which are essential in maintaining the high quality and safety of the food products released to market. This position operates during the third shift, from 10PM to 6:30AM, and requires weekend availability, reflecting the continuous nature of production in the bakery industry.

Job Duties

  • Set up, inspect, and operate the Divider/V-Mag to ensure products meet company specifications
  • Monitor dough consistency and communicate conditions or variances to the Mixer Operator and Foreperson
  • Maintain proper operation of flour dusters, timing mechanisms, and dough flow systems
  • Verify product quality throughout processing and complete accurate production documentation
  • Identify and communicate food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to Supervision promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areas
  • Support overall production needs by performing additional assigned tasks
