Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food-production environment
- Ability to read, write, and complete accurate and legible documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and process consistency

- Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
- Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food-safety protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
- Strong teamwork orientation and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Set up, inspect, and operate the Divider/V-Mag to ensure products meet company specifications
- Monitor dough consistency and communicate conditions or variances to the Mixer Operator and Foreperson
- Maintain proper operation of flour dusters, timing mechanisms, and dough flow systems
- Verify product quality throughout processing and complete accurate production documentation
- Identify and communicate food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to Supervision promptly
- Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areas
- Support overall production needs by performing additional assigned tasks
