Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food-production environment
  • Ability to read, write, and complete accurate and legible documentation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks
  • Strong attention to quality, safety, and process consistency

  • Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
  • Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food-safety protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
  • Strong teamwork orientation and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Set up, inspect, and operate the Divider/V-Mag to ensure products meet company specifications
  • Monitor dough consistency and communicate conditions or variances to the Mixer Operator and Foreperson
  • Maintain proper operation of flour dusters, timing mechanisms, and dough flow systems
  • Verify product quality throughout processing and complete accurate production documentation
  • Identify and communicate food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to Supervision promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areas
  • Support overall production needs by performing additional assigned tasks
