Aspire Bakeries is currently seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Break Relief to join the team at its Cayce, South Carolina facility. The role is focused on the hands-on operation and adjustment of automated production and packaging equipment used in the baking process. As an integral member of the manufacturing team, the Operator 3 will ensure all products meet strict food quality specifications and support smooth operational workflows throughout various production stages. Duties include monitoring quality, troubleshooting equipment, facilitating line startups and shutdowns, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a dedicated approach to sustaining production efficiency and food safety.

This opportunity is a second-shift role from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with required weekend availability, making it ideal for individuals ready to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
