Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of 6 months of experience as a mixer or in a related manufacturing role
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- basic computer skills and ability to operate production screens
- ability to work overnight shifts and in a production environment

- bakery or food manufacturing experience preferred
- familiarity with SAP or production reporting systems preferred
Job Duties
- operate and monitor automated mixing and production equipment to ensure consistent dough quality
- control dough temperature, texture, and mixing times to meet product specifications
- support production flow by coordinating with the sheeting line and managing mix capacity
- maintain accurate production, inventory, and SAP data entries in a timely manner
- ensure proper handling, storage, and reuse of rework and waste dough per specifications
- perform sanitation and basic preventative maintenance to uphold food safety standards
- maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any safety or contamination risks
