The Operator 1, Bakery Rheon Relief role is an essential production position located at Aspire Bakeries' Swedesboro, NJ facility. This role involves supporting and coordinating the Rheon Line operations by monitoring process controls, directing line activities, and ensuring products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and production efficiency. The position operates on the second shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) with required weekend availability and offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $21.25. As an Operator 1, you will play a critical role in maintaining consistent product development by monitoring dough texture, line parameters, and quality standards. You will also maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation guidelines, while accurately documenting production information in SAP systems. This role calls for a proactive team member who can communicate effectively with lead bakers, supervisors, and supporting departments to ensure smooth production flow and a safe, organized work environment.

Job Duties
- Operate and monitor Rheon Line processes to ensure products meet quality and weight specifications
- Coordinate and guide line activities to maintain efficient production flow and meet scheduled output
- Monitor dough texture, line parameters, and process controls to support consistent product development
- Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards across the Rheon Line
- Accurately document quality checks, line data, and production information in SAP
- Communicate effectively with Lead Bakers, supervisors, and supporting departments
- Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
