Aspire Bakeries is currently hiring for the position of Operator 1, Bakery- Box Maker L6 for the 1st shift at the Swedesboro, NJ bakery location. This role involves setting up and operating equipment essential for forming boxes, inserting bags, and taping boxes used in bakery package lines. The Operator will ensure an uninterrupted supply of packaging materials by carefully managing and adjusting machinery, conducting quality checks, and adhering to stringent food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards. The position is vital in supporting the continuous flow of production and maintaining high-quality packaging that preserves the bakery products consumers know and love. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while contributing ideas for continuous improvement through root cause analyses and daily management systems.

The Operator 1, Box Maker will work the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including weekend availability. The compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
