Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • Must have a Secret clearance
  • US citizen
  • Ability to travel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • Must have a Secret clearance
  • US citizen
  • Ability to travel
  • Possesses a Top Secret clearance (preferred)
  • Experience with PEX/GTIMS or similar scheduling programs (preferred)
  • Experience in Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Build long and short-range flight schedules to ensure full coverage of all aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions
  • Keep track of crewmembers' leave, temporary duty, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments
  • De-conflict crewmember schedules and coordinate with flight leadership to meet sortie taskings
  • Track daily flight, ground, and academic training requirements and accomplishments
  • Facilitate last-minute schedule changes to ensure full coverage
  • Obtain aircraft and equipment availability data and schedule training, exercises, simulators, and operations
  • Publish scheduling data on PEX, GTIMS, GDSS II, or other database systems
