The role of Operations Support Manager within Constellation Culinary Group is a dynamic and pivotal position based in New York, NY. This full-time, hybrid role requires an individual who is motivated, experienced, and passionate about operations within the dining and events segment. The Operations Support Manager will work closely with district managers to oversee multiple facilities, ensuring seamless culinary and event operations in professional dining and cultural attraction venues. This position demands a high level of travel, with up to 75% travel expected to cover multiple locations and support new business openings. Job Duties

  • Actively supporting and applying all company and facility policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service to customers and clients
  • Visiting assigned facilities as directed
  • Acting as the facility food service director in the event of FSD absences or staff shortages
  • Offering guidance to managers in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships
