As part of the globally recognized FedEx brand, the company upholds a strong focus on safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The program provides an immersive experience covering all facets of supervisory responsibilities such as team leadership, employee coaching, interviewing and selection processes, performance evaluation, and operational cost management. The candidate will learn to work closely with internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration that drives operational success.

The role also places importance on developing expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management to meet set goals efficiently. Participants receive training on operational performance monitoring and claims prevention to uphold service quality and compliance. Safety and security protocols in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements are thoroughly reviewed to maintain a safe working environment.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, the candidate will undertake multiple learning opportunities through various operational shifts and tours, gaining comprehensive knowledge of service center functions. The position includes exposure to real-world challenges such as managing dock operations in diverse weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. FedEx Freight supports eligible employees with health, vision, dental, AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and other valuable benefits, ensuring a supportive and balanced workplace.

Candidates interested in this role should be prepared for operational flexibility and the potential requirement for relocation, which is company-assisted when necessary.
