Kellanova is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead its night shift production team. This vital leadership role encompasses managing the entire night shift operation from 5pm to 5am, ensuring smooth production, strict adherence to quality control measures, and uncompromising safety compliance. The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and driving efficiency to meet and exceed production targets. This position also involves spearheading various projects, including process optimization and cost reduction initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about operational excellence and team development.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Compensation for this role ranges from $76,160 to $99,960 annually, with consideration given to experience, skills, and geographic location. Additionally, discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are available, enhancing the total rewards package.
