The role requires a hands-on leader who can cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The supervisor will serve not only as a manager but also a mentor, responsible for building capabilities within the team to achieve production excellence. With a rich environment that encourages the use of methodologies such as LEAN, 5S, and root cause analysis (RCA), the supervisor will have the tools and autonomy to implement meaningful improvements to processes and outcomes.
Compensation for this role ranges from $76,160 to $99,960 annually, with consideration given to experience, skills, and geographic location. Additionally, discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are available, enhancing the total rewards package.
