The position demands physical endurance and flexibility, including the ability to lift heavy loads, stand or sit for extended periods, and move with agility throughout work shifts. In addition, the Field Supervisor may act as a team leader during emergency and non-emergency situations, demonstrating calm decisiveness and effective command.
