The company is recognized not only for its vast reach but also for its commitment to innovation, insight, and service excellence. With a focus on the health, happiness, and well-being of both those it serves and its employees, McKesson fosters a culture driven by care and collaboration. McKesson’s role in healthcare spans from the distribution of medical-surgical products to pharmaceutical supplies and beyond, supporting the infrastructure that healthcare providers rely on daily.

This Warehouse Supervisor role is based in Tolleson, Arizona, with a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 9:00 AM until all daily tasks are completed, which may include overtime if necessary. The position offers an attractive salary range from $57,400 to $95,600 and falls within McKesson’s Total Rewards compensation philosophy. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is motivated to lead a diverse team toward operational excellence. Your leadership and operational expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service. You will play a key role in supervising, training, and mentoring your team, ensuring that workflow processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA and FDA requirements. Regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment will be a crucial part of your role to identify potential hazards and maintenance needs.

Collaboration is also a significant aspect of this position, as you will work closely with departments like customer service and transportation to ensure seamless daily operations. Your ability to analyze operational metrics and prepare detailed reports for management will help identify areas for improvement and drive continuous performance enhancements. You will also have hands-on responsibilities within the warehouse to support your team in meeting operational goals, making this a dynamic and engaged leadership role.

Overall, McKesson offers a career that not only provides competitive pay and benefits but also places you at the heart of improving healthcare delivery.
