Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- completar los informes del cajero designado y los informes de cierre en el sistema informático
- revisar el registro de turnos de los empleados y los libros de memos diarios y documentar la información pertinente en los registros
- contactar a la persona o al departamento apropiados para resolver las llamadas, las solicitudes o los problemas de los huéspedes
- procesar todos los registros de ingreso de los huéspedes mediante la confirmación de las reservaciones, verificación de identidad, solicitar forma de pago, asignación de habitaciones y entrega de llaves
- vender habitaciones o alojamiento según disponibilidad a huéspedes sin reservación
- asegurar que las tarifas se ajusten a las normas y se documenten las excepciones
- asegurar que las cuentas provenientes de puntos de venta se carguen a la cuenta de la habitación
- asistir a la gerencia en la capacitación, evaluación y motivación del equipo
- informar al gerente sobre accidentes y condiciones inseguras
- cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos, mantener la apariencia profesional y confidencialidad
