The Operations Supervisor role at Forward Air is a pivotal position within the Complete Cartage team, focusing on leading and developing a team of Regional Carrier Specialists. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with a work schedule from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. The Operations Supervisor has significant responsibility for overseeing daily operational performance, managing employee training, providing ongoing feedback, and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and company policies.

This role requires a combination of supervisory skills and operational expertise to coordinate resources, manage schedules, and resolve escalations effectively.
