  • Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts
  • Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations
  • Ability to assist front desk during peak times

Job Duties

  • Maximize guest experience and overall service
  • Monitor housekeeping department and maintenance with regards to standard operating procedures
  • Review all incoming reservations, pre-block rooms with special requests, and coordinate special request with appropriate staff members
  • Assist front desk associates during peak times, breaks, tardiness, and absences
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
  • Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
