Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL license preferred
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in a related field
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work site
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience or equivalent lead driving experience
- Knowledge of CDL regulations and compliance
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with operational software
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship
Job Duties
- Safely monitor and supervise all site operations and employees
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order
- Provide leadership to foster positive employee and employer relations
- Manage resources effectively for high production standards
- Implement and maintain a sound risk management program
- Coordinate drivers and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Optimize route scheduling and fleet operations
- Promote and enforce safety regulations and compliance
- Track productivity using technology to maintain operational efficiency
- Build, hire, and train a competent and motivated team
