Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL license preferred
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience in a related field
  • Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work site
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience or equivalent lead driving experience
  • Knowledge of CDL regulations and compliance
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with operational software
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop employees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship

Job Duties

  • Safely monitor and supervise all site operations and employees
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order
  • Provide leadership to foster positive employee and employer relations
  • Manage resources effectively for high production standards
  • Implement and maintain a sound risk management program
  • Coordinate drivers and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Optimize route scheduling and fleet operations
  • Promote and enforce safety regulations and compliance
  • Track productivity using technology to maintain operational efficiency
  • Build, hire, and train a competent and motivated team
