The role of Area Supervisor/Mid Manager at Godlove Family Restaurants is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple McDonald’s restaurant units within a designated area. This role demands a dynamic professional who can motivate, train, and inspire high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence across three to six restaurant locations. The Area Supervisor is accountable for the overall business performance and results of each assigned restaurant, ensuring that company standards and business plans are executed effectively. Area Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all business processes, including financial controls, operational metrics, and policy adherence, are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, Area Supervisors are expected to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly profit and business objectives.
