The role of Area Supervisor/Mid Manager at Godlove Family Restaurants is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple McDonald’s restaurant units within a designated area. This role demands a dynamic professional who can motivate, train, and inspire high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence across three to six restaurant locations. The Area Supervisor is accountable for the overall business performance and results of each assigned restaurant, ensuring that company standards and business plans are executed effectively. This position involves a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, requiring strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to develop restaurant leadership and identify potential talent for future growth.

Area Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all business processes, including financial controls, operational metrics, and policy adherence, are consistently met. They play an instrumental role in modeling McDonald’s leadership behaviors and values, representing the company in community events, and spearheading various company initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, Area Supervisors are expected to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly profit and business objectives. Job Requirements

  • General manager McDonald’s experience
  • Track record of great results and excellent leadership skills
  • Three to four years experience as an area supervisor preferred but not required
  • Solid talent and performance management skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum three years restaurant experience
  • Some college or equivalent preferred

  • Represent the company in community events and lead company initiative
