The Raising Cane's River Center is currently seeking a full-time Operations Staff Supervisor to join its team. This role is integral to the success of day-to-day facility operations, primarily assisting the operations manager with supervisory tasks and active participation in labor-intensive event setup and teardown. This position demands a strong team player who is willing to engage physically and contribute to the collective effort required to prepare and maintain the facility for various high-profile events. The role requires working non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the event industry.

The Operations Staff Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a range of operational tasks that ensure smooth event transitions and facility readiness.
