Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency
  • FA CPR AED certification is desirable
  • Two or three years of experience in a similar position preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to stoop, bend, sit, kneel, and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and humidity
  • Ability to respond promptly to emergencies
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest level of service to residents, guests, and service providers
  • Meet, greet, and register guests and residents
  • Assist in operations of the property
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and forms
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
  • Monitor Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems
  • Supervise moves, deliveries, and unit owner construction ensuring compliance with property regulations
