The role of On-Site Operations Scheduling Coordinator, based in Mandeville, Louisiana, or Memphis, Tennessee, is a critical position within the Temporary Structures team. This full-time employment opportunity offers a salary range of $21.38 to $25.38 per hour, depending on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing complex administrative logistics essential to the smooth operation and coordination of field crews working on projects across the country.
This position involves handling equipment ordering and tracking, coordinating crew travel, managing site compliance requirements, and maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting. The coordinator will serve as a vital operational backbone for the Temporary Structures team, ensuring projects proceed without delays by proactively addressing logistical challenges and streamlining communication between field staff, construction management, and external vendors. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Expertise in administrative duties, scheduling, and compliance documentation is crucial, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other field management software tools.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in equipment rental, construction or event/project logistics
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as required
- Must comply with site compliance and safety requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in equipment rental, construction, or project logistics
- Strong administrative, organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with site compliance processes such as drug screenings and background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively
Job Duties
- Order and track equipment, materials and supplies for field install crews across projects
- Manage site access requirements including prescreens, drug screens, background checks, permits and other paperwork
- Maintain employee rosters and coordinate travel arrangements for field crews
- Organize project documentation and resolve logistical issues
- Provide real-time support to construction management and field team
- Track project progress and maintain detailed records
- Generate reports to ensure seamless project execution
