This full-time Operations Manager role is based in Fieldtrip's new Tucson market location, offering a salary range of $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Operations Manager will oversee multiple facets of vacation rental management, from inspections and asset turnover workflows to branding, supply chain logistics, local guest services, maintenance coordination, vendor relations, and housekeeping quality control. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and experienced in property operations, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional standards for guest service and property management. This position entails regular property visits in the Tucson area and requires a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational support. The Operations Manager will embody and promote the Fieldtrip brand locally, fostering a passion for excellence among team members, guests, and stakeholders alike.
