Job Description

Specifically, at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and the vibrant Titletown District in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Delaware North has operated concessions and premium dining services since 2012. At Titletown, the company manages Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites, along with hosting special seasonal events such as sledding and ice skating, ensuring a lively, welcoming environment for guests and visitors.

Delaware North is currently seeking a dedicated, experienced Operations Manager to lead the operations at Titletown District and Ariens Hill in Green Bay. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $55,300 to $74,600 annually, complemented by an annual bonus or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on company and individual performance. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing concessions, park operations, and café services to guarantee guests receive exceptional hospitality and quality products.

In this leadership position, the Operations Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring operational excellence, boosting business growth and profitability, and fostering strong client and guest relationships. The role demands managing a dynamic team while maintaining high standards in food and beverage services, inventory, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies. An essential part of the job is developing, mentoring, and evaluating team members to enhance overall performance. The manager will also handle budget responsibilities in collaboration with the General Manager, including setting financial objectives and ensuring profitability.

Moreover, the Operations Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, capital budgeting for repairs and upgrades, and ensure efficient cash, inventory, payroll, and yield control systems are in place. This position requires working flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, often being on call or working overtime as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment
  • Prior food service operations experience
  • Familiarity with food and beverage equipment inventory cost control and purchasing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Familiar with POS and inventory software
  • No degree required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment preferably in a venue of significant size and scope
  • Prior food service operations experience
  • Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment inventory cost control and purchasing
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Familiar with POS and inventory software
  • No degree required

Job Duties

  • Oversee the team including developing promoting corrective counseling mentoring evaluating performance and providing positive feedback to improve overall performance
  • Manage restaurant and concessions operations
  • Maintain existing programs and develop new creative concepts that ensure the highest possible quality of food service
  • Oversee prices and portions for products and services within approved profit plan guidelines
  • Provide and administer in accordance with corporate policy an effective system for cash inventory payroll and yield control
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment initiate capital budget to replace remodel equipment and facilities
  • Directly accountable for budget and profitability of departments with the General Manager
  • Develop financial objectives consistent with company objectives
