Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business management or related field
- 4-6 years of related work experience
- Previous experience managing private and concert events
- Experience in venue and events operation, tours, including artist communication and settlements
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous management experience and strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational/project management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Music industry and live music experience preferred

Job Duties
- Project manage shows ensuring client and tour manager needs are met
- Review artist contracts related to production, merchandise, ticketing, and rider requirements
- Develop policies and procedures with operations team
- Assist in operations planning and cost estimates
- Manage day of show operations including backstage and artist hospitality
- Oversee staff schedules, hiring, supervision, and training
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain inventories
- Engage in venue improvements and capital projects
- Handle day of show settlements, prepare invoices and resolve payroll discrepancies
