- four-year degree or equivalent experience
- demonstrated leadership ability
- excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- strong reasoning conflict-management problem-solving skills
- ability to access all areas of the distribution center including mezzanine platforms
- ability to read and interpret policies and procedures
- able to traverse conveyor crossovers
Job Qualifications
- four-year degree or equivalent experience
- demonstrated leadership ability with skills to engage and motivate others
- excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- strong reasoning conflict-management analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to access all areas of the distribution center including mezzanine platforms
- ability to read and interpret policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the distribution center
Job Duties
- foster a safety-first culture through awareness training and accountability
- establish an engaging and inclusive leadership style to motivate and develop teams
- observe operations in real-time and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- collaborate across functions to ensure execution of operational plans and achievement of budget goals
- innovate and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and workflow optimization
- analyze problems to find root causes and apply calculated risk-taking to test solutions
- support teams by actively participating in meeting business objectives
