Founded with a strong commitment toward enhancing business outcomes, Maritz thrives by designing experiences, incentives, and recognition programs that inspire people to perform at their best and deliver measurable impacts. The company’s culture is deeply rooted in the belief that people and their potential represent the greatest resource. This foundational philosophy has shaped a workplace where employees are motivated, supported, and genuinely appreciated. Through surveys, Maritz has substantiated its commitment to employee well-being, with nearly 90% of employees confirming that their managers care about their concerns and an equivalent number recognizing the flexibility provided to balance work and personal life.
As a leading organization in the events, recognition, and incentive programs industry, Maritz excels at helping companies achieve their business goals by motivating their workforce. The company's human-first design approach extends internally, cultivating strong teams that care for each other and collaborate effectively. Maritz’s work environment is flexible, empowering individuals to excel professionally without compromising what matters most in their personal lives. The culture of excellence and genuine care ensures that employees thrive, driving the business's continued success.
This position focuses on directing and coaching assigned personnel to meet all customer service levels and deliverables related to the accounts. The successful candidate will provide leadership overseeing sourcing and planning of programs, supporting and training clients and teams, and managing special projects. Maritz offers a full-time, salaried role with a salary range of $100,000 to $108,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. The role requires flexibility, with working hours typically falling between Monday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work per event needs. The firm values work-life balance and works collaboratively with individuals to maintain balanced schedules.
In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, planning, and executing client meetings and events, leading team meetings to assess productivity and service levels, and acting as a subject matter expert to maintain team consistency, training, and development. Additionally, you will foster client satisfaction through operational review meetings, manage relationships with service partners such as Catering, Facilities, AV, Security, and Transportation, and oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures and process improvements. The role also involves managing special projects and providing backup support to the Director of Operations.
Maritz's comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid parental leave, 401(k) plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and year-end holiday closure. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a discrimination-free workplace. Maritz requires applicants to have permanent work authorization in the United States and does not provide sponsorship. The company embodies a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all employees feel seen, supported, and celebrated in their careers.
