With a deep commitment to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions, Tulkoff Foods has established itself as a distinguished player in the specialty food sector. The company is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and operational excellence. As a leader in its niche, Tulkoff Foods combines tradition with cutting-edge manufacturing processes to meet the evolving needs of its customer base, ranging from retail to foodservice markets.

Currently, Tulkoff Foods is navigating a period of expansion and strategic growth initiatives. To support this trajectory, the company is seeking an Operations Manager to join its team and contribute significantly to its ongoing success. This role is critical in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the production of food products is carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The Operations Manager will lead production teams, drive continuous improvement efforts, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The role demands collaboration across multiple departments including maintenance, quality, warehouse, sanitation, and supply chain to meet and exceed production goals. The Operations Manager will also partner closely with human resources and leadership to support hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of production staff. This full-time position offers a first shift starting at 6 am with a salary range between $90,000 and $105,000 annually.

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe working environment while fostering a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, minimizing equipment downtime, conducting performance reviews, analyzing key performance indicators, and ensuring precise documentation and compliance for audits.

Tulkoff Foods emphasizes work-life balance with a mostly air-conditioned production environment, minimal overtime, and rare weekend work, providing an engaging yet balanced workplace. The company offers a generous benefits package including a 401(k) plan with an 8% employer match, paid time off, employer-paid life insurance, and frequent employee engagement activities like monthly town hall lunches. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated operations professional to join a vibrant food manufacturing company positioned for continued growth and success in the specialty sauce market.
