The Operations Manager role at Nu Stadium is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all concessions and commissary activities at one of Delaware North's flagship locations. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in driving business growth and profitability, ensuring that operational standards in quality, service, safety, and sanitation are consistently maintained. The Operations Manager will be tasked with managing the scheduling, training, and development of team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $66,300 to $89,500 per year. In addition, Delaware North provides an annual bonus plan based on both company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. The compensation package is designed to reward high performance and dedication, with the potential for higher pay in exceptional cases where candidates exceed the standard requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of seven years' experience in a high-volume environment preferably in sports and entertainment
- Strong concessions and commissary knowledge
- Previous experience supervising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively both independently and with a team

- Responsible for scheduling training and development of team members
- Maintain policy standards culture of accountability and responsibility
- Research and develop new policies and procedures controlling policies that elevate service standards
- Respond to client requests and ensure alignment with company standards
- Manage the process for ordering and maintaining all inventories cost control efforts for labor and waste management
