Job Requirements
- four-year degree or equivalent experience
- demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to engage and motivate others
- excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- strong reasoning conflict-management and analytical problem-solving skills
- able to access all areas of the distribution center including mezzanine platforms
- able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the distribution center

Job Duties
- foster a safety-first culture through awareness training and accountability
- engage and motivate teams to maximize productivity growth and development
- create a positive work environment through real-time observation and constructive feedback
- ensure operational plans are executed and performance and budget goals are achieved
- coordinate teams across functions to maintain communication and efficiency
- innovate processes to improve efficiency and implement process flow optimization
- identify root causes to operational problems and support calculated risk testing
