The individual should be proactive, well-organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and must be able to work varied shifts as required. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to assist outside standard business hours and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance are also essential.
