Job Requirements

  • Six years of relevant experience including three years of general experience in administrative professional or investigative work
  • Three years of specialized progressively responsible administrative supervisory managerial professional or technical experience
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment in person-to-person work relationships
  • One year of academic study above high school may substitute for nine months of experience up to a bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Hazardous Material HazMat training within 90 days of hire
  • Obligation to file Financial Disclosure Report OGE Form 450
  • Availability to work full-time with a minimum of 35 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of progressively responsible administrative supervisory or managerial experience
  • Knowledge of management principles practices methods and techniques
  • Experience in retail or service merchandising principles and procedures
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Familiarity with safety security and fire prevention policies
  • Experience acting as Contracting Officer Technical Representative

Job Duties

  • Manages an operating budget including expenses sales and profits
  • Analyzes financial statements and data to evaluate performance
  • Coordinates store staffing and develops work schedules
  • Manages sales audit cashier cage operation cash collection and control
  • Oversees accounting data collection and annual physical inventory
  • Coordinates IT equipment service issues with relevant departments
  • Supervises assigned personnel and evaluates performance
  • Handles customer complaints and improves customer satisfaction
  • Ensures efficient receiving and stock replenishment functions
  • Coordinates facility maintenance equipment cleaning and improvement projects
  • Ensures compliance with safety security and fire prevention policies
  • Functions as Contracting Officer Technical Representative for vendors
  • Manages store maintenance and housekeeping
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Reports to General Manager or equivalent
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
