The role of Operations Manager at Signature Aviation is a critical leadership position within the base team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations that guarantee a safe, efficient, and high-touch delivery of services in a private aviation terminal environment. The Operations Manager is not only responsible for coordinating and directing team activities but also leads by example, occasionally stepping into frontline duties. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or related field
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
