With a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, Maersk thrives on innovation and integrity, ensuring that employees and customers alike benefit from trustworthy and efficient service. The company values a culture of honesty and integrity, which is reflected in the strong trust it builds with its clients and employees. This focus on people sets Maersk apart from competitors and contributes significantly to its ongoing success and customer loyalty.

The Performance team at Maersk specializes in managing end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics through a strategic network of storage facilities capable of receiving, storing, processing, and dispatching cargo. This approach allows Maersk to inject flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process, preparing the company for potential risks and enabling it to meet delivery lead times and business goals despite unexpected challenges. Maersk’s extensive experience across various sectors, industries, and modes of transportation equips the company with unique insights and capabilities to deliver process excellence, helping clients save time and reduce costs.

The role available is focused on managing all activities related to operations and the development of company products within the warehouse and distribution domain, either directly or through subordinate supervisors. The position requires a hands-on leader who can provide strategic input on product development, establish production and quality control standards, manage budgets and cost controls, and coordinate manufacturing activities effectively with all parts of the organization. This role demands a strong focus on ensuring all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met while resolving operational issues promptly to avoid delays and reduce expenses.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing up to five subordinate supervisors who, in turn, supervise more than 50 employees across various departments such as Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory, and Auditing. The candidate will also conduct many important supervisory duties, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, workload planning, and conflict resolution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable global logistics leader that supports employee growth, encourages collaboration, and recognizes achievements.

The role follows a night shift schedule from 9PM to 5:30AM, and offers an annual salary range from $85,000 to $95,000. Maersk provides competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401k plan with company match, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and flexible work schedules when possible. Maersk actively fosters a supportive work environment that embraces diversity, equality, and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and making provisions for accommodations during the application and hiring process. Joining Maersk means becoming part of a global family dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain management.
