The Operations Manager role at KBR is an essential leadership position within the Product and Technology Solutions Division, specifically dedicated to overseeing IT operations that support Federal Government programs. As an Operations Manager, the individual will lead daily IT operational efforts, coordinating closely with government stakeholders to secure mission success. This role is full-time and based on-site, with a competitive salary range from $77,050 to $115,575 for the Washington, DC area, adjustable based on candidate experience and contract specifics. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, and performance incentives.
