The Role

The role of Operations Manager at Lumi Nails & MedSpa is designed for an experienced individual who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations and driving the growth and success of this luxury boutique establishment. This full-time position plays a critical role in managing the salon and medspa’s daily activities, including opening and closing procedures, overall salon flow, and team leadership. The Operations Manager will be tasked with hiring, training, scheduling, and supporting both front desk staff and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory and vendor relationships, monitoring performance indicators and financial metrics such as KPIs and revenue, and reporting these findings directly to the CEO. Furthermore, the Operations Manager will act as a problem solver and customer service ambassador, addressing any client or staff concerns with professionalism and care. This role requires the implementation and continuous refinement of operational systems, policies, and standards. Additionally, the Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives, marketing efforts, retail programs, and membership drives to enhance the business’s market position.

The compensation package for this role ranges between $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes performance bonuses and paid time off after 90 days. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience in a related field such as salon, spa, medspa, hospitality, or retail, along with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with scheduling software such as Boulevard is considered an advantage. Job Requirements

  • Comfort with KPIs budgets and operational systems
  • Familiarity with Boulevard or similar booking software a plus
