The Operations Manager role at Hard Rock International plays a pivotal part in the continued success of its cafes by overseeing departmental profit and loss (P&L) expense lines as delegated by the General Manager. This position blends leadership, financial oversight, and brand stewardship to maintain and elevate the customer experience aligned with Hard Rock’s core values. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial operations role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong financial and budget management skills

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years in an operations managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant

- strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe’s budget and P&L
- serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff members into Hard Rock brand ambassadors and industry leading customer service stewards
- manage labor schedules in line with the cafe’s budget and forecast models
- successfully run a department and/or cost center
- partner across all departments to support consistent execution of systems and processes delivering products and services to Hard Rock’s brand standards
- support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team aligned with the Cafe’s vision and values
- execute established brand standards within the Rock Shop and grow retail sales through staff and guest interaction
