Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Leadership skills and a strong will to succeed
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of experience and education
- Ability to supervise others by assigning/directing work and conducting employee evaluations
- Staff training and development
- Taking appropriate disciplinary/corrective actions
- Developing and/or implementing new and current policies, procedures, standards, rules, or regulations

Job Duties
- Ensuring customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining store’s gross profit and proper inventory management
- Overseeing and recording delivery of merchandise and reporting discrepancies
- Supervising, training, hiring and communicating with corporate management
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific duties
- Ensuring payroll remains within projected hours
- Monitoring and maintaining store cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance
- Maintaining stock levels, inventory and stock rotation
- Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
