The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operational Excellence, Accounting and Finance, Sales, HS&E, and Construction Services to ensure high standards of operation and performance.

The Operations Manager’s primary focus is to lead and support operational teams, drive Repair & Maintenance (R&M) initiatives to reduce costs and improve fleet asset quality, and strengthen overall operational performance. This includes providing leadership to develop high-performing teams, facilitating collaboration to enhance operational processes, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, vendor and supplier management, and customer issue resolution.

Ideal candidates should bring a strong background in the modular space rental industry or a similar operational environment such as construction. They must be excellent leaders and communicators, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
