Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role within modular space rental or similar industry
- strong knowledge of operational management and R&M processes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with financial planning and reporting
- commitment to HS&E compliance
- experience working with cross-functional teams
- willingness to travel as required
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the modular space rental industry preferred
- proven experience leading, training, and retaining teams
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
- ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities
- strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to develop strong, high-performing operational teams
- partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements
- improve performance through training, coaching, motivating, and ongoing evaluation of employees, policies, procedures, and controls
- assist with financial business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- drive Repair & Maintenance (R&M) improvements to reduce costs and enhance fleet asset quality
- ensure adherence to HS&E standards and partner closely with the HS&E team
- manage and pre-qualify subcontractors
- develop and maintain operational excellence across assigned regions
- review and support asset and inventory management practices
- assist with vendor and supplier management
- facilitate customer issue resolution in partnership with internal teams
- support project scheduling, including transportation, installation, and coordination with subcontractors and clients
