Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within modular space rental or similar industry
  • strong knowledge of operational management and R&M processes
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with financial planning and reporting
  • commitment to HS&E compliance
  • experience working with cross-functional teams
  • willingness to travel as required
  • valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the modular space rental industry preferred
  • proven experience leading, training, and retaining teams
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and support to develop strong, high-performing operational teams
  • partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements
  • improve performance through training, coaching, motivating, and ongoing evaluation of employees, policies, procedures, and controls
  • assist with financial business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • drive Repair & Maintenance (R&M) improvements to reduce costs and enhance fleet asset quality
  • ensure adherence to HS&E standards and partner closely with the HS&E team
  • manage and pre-qualify subcontractors
  • develop and maintain operational excellence across assigned regions
  • review and support asset and inventory management practices
  • assist with vendor and supplier management
  • facilitate customer issue resolution in partnership with internal teams
  • support project scheduling, including transportation, installation, and coordination with subcontractors and clients
