Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (ged) required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- experience managing community operations including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing
- ability to utilize data and reports for operational decisions
- proven resident issue resolution skills
- experience providing feedback and coaching to improve subordinate performance
- ability to exercise professional judgment and manage vendor contracts
Job Qualifications

- 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- experience managing community operations including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing
- proven ability to use data and reports to develop solutions for customer service, revenue, and expense management
- demonstrated success in resolving resident issues
- experience supporting and developing subordinates with feedback and coaching
- ability to exercise professional judgment and manage contracts with third-party service providers
Job Duties
- oversee all office operations of the apartment community
- foster positive relationships with residents and promptly address concerns
- enforce lease agreements and community policies consistently and fairly
- organize and manage resident events and community initiatives
- prepare and manage the property budget including revenue, expenses, and capital improvements
- collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep
- utilize data and performance reports to sustain high customer service and optimize revenue
