The Branch Manager role at All Ways Caring HomeCare is a critical leadership position accountable for the full scope of branch operations. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding financial targets related to sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution margins while fostering strong community business relationships. The Branch Manager leads branch sales efforts, service delivery, recruitment, training, and staff performance management, ensuring excellent client service and employee engagement. This leadership role also involves overseeing human resource functions such as interviewing, hiring, orientation, performance evaluations, payroll processing, and employee relations. The Branch Manager assesses business conditions continuously and adapts strategies to maintain maximum profitability and control expenses. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the branch’s annual business plan, managing risk, driving marketing efforts including lead generation and client proposals, and maintaining quality systems to ensure compliance and high service standards. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Experience in sales or marketing within healthcare preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage recruitment, training, and employee relations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years supervisory experience required
  • 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting preferred
  • Experience managing systems, processes, and people
  • BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Problem solver with the ability to handle client and employee issues effectively
  • Relationship-builder with a desire to grow business connections

Job Duties

  • Oversee all branch operations to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff
  • Manage HR functions including hiring, orientation, and employee relations
  • Monitor quality systems and manage risks related to compensation and expenses
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve branch performance
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation, client proposals, and closing deals
  • Ensure excellent client service and maintain strong referral relationships
  • Develop and execute the branch's annual business plan
