As an Operations Manager at Raising Cane's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant. This position involves upholding Raising Cane's high standards and culture in daily restaurant operations to ensure guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. The Operations Manager functions as a key leader and manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling with accountability, enforcing company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and food standards. This role also requires you to actively engage with crewmembers by managing shift deployment, utilizing reward and recognition programs, and authorizing employee functions such as discounts and promotions.
This full-time position offers initial hiring pay ranging between $25.50 and $26.25 per hour depending on location and experience, coupled with monthly incentives to reward outstanding performance. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid state-issued driver's license
- completion of all required Raising Cane's training programs
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and travel as needed
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, twist and move quickly
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- able to take orders accurately and communicate clearly
- able to work safely around cooking equipment and cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- detail-oriented and organized
- strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology systems
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
