The role commands an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience, skill set, and demonstrated competence in operational leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel recruitment, training, and performance evaluation while ensuring smooth coordination of route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance of the company’s vehicles and equipment, cost control, employee and facility safety, cargo security, accident investigation, customer service leadership, and compliance with regulatory standards including DOT, OSHA, and EPA.

Candidates in this role must exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills, together with experience in logistics or transportation, and a thorough understanding of safety and security protocols.
