The available position is designed to support the General Manager in overseeing the comprehensive management and direction of the hotel operations, with a special emphasis on the Food & Beverage department. The person in this role will be entrusted with maintaining hotel performance and guest satisfaction levels during the General Manager's absence, thereby playing a crucial leadership role.

The core responsibilities include acting as the Manager on Duty when present on the property. This entails directly responding to guests, associates, and any emergency situations, ensuring smooth operational flow and guest satisfaction at all times. Training and guiding hotel associates are critical components of this role, especially focusing on enhancing the Food & Beverage operations. The position requires proactive management skills to support not only Food & Beverage but also other hotel departments to deliver an overall superior guest experience.
