MV Transportation is dedicated to offering comprehensive healthcare benefits, including PPO medical plans, prescription coverage, dental and vision insurance for employees and their dependents, telemedicine services, and various other health-related programs. Employees are also eligible for retirement benefits through a 401(k) plan, generous paid time off accrual from the start of employment, paid holidays, and sick leave that accumulates based on hours worked. Referral bonuses for drivers and mechanics represent additional compensation incentives.
