Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or related hospitality field
- Experience managing or supervising teams
- Proficiency with Hotel Management Software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of balancing multiple responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- or 2-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
- or 4-year degree and at least 1 year of progressive experience
- Previous supervisory responsibilities
- Proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Opera cloud experience necessary
- Long hours sometimes required
- Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented approach
- Maintain regular attendance according to schedule
- High standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with company standards for safe and efficient operations

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Director of Guest Services with managing the Front Office and Housekeeping operations
- Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests
- Provide all aspects of shift coverage in both departments on a rotational basis or as needed
- Balance the hotel room type inventory
- Ensure all areas of the lobby and rooms are functioning to standards (cleanliness, guest-only authorized areas, bathroom cleanliness, outdoor cleanliness, elevator cleanliness and functionality, signage standards)
- Monitor and action Nor 1 upsell program
- Handle guest's special requests and customer complaints during shift
