Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of operations management experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Military veterans encouraged to apply
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of proven operations management experience
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet all requirements for required airport badge
Job Duties
- Act as a communications interface between regional and corporate management and clients
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of locations in the assigned area
- Develop and manage budgets, compiling, reviewing and analyzing data
- Develop proposals and make recommendations to improve operating procedures
- Coordinate with clients and vendors, initiate and manage equipment and service purchases
- Manage and oversee employee performance, recruitment, and staffing activities
- Conduct regular location visits and inspections to identify and resolve operational problems
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA laws
- Assist senior management with special projects and additional duties as assigned
